HOW DOES IT WORK?

TixJuJu allows attendees to pre-purchase event tickets for events in 3 easy steps:

  1. Select the event you would like to attend. (For multiple-day events, please make sure you are selecting the correct date as all sales are final).
  2. Select the desired ticket type by clicking on the button.
  3. Complete the checkout process to receive your TixJuJu Ticket via the email address you provided.

That’s it, you are in! That’s all it takes to create great Tix JuJu.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO BRING TO THE EVENT?

To access the event, you must have a legible copy of the QR code sent to you on your mobile device or bring a legible printed copy of your TixJuJu Ticket. We suggest having a screenshot of the TixJuJu QR code and details in your phots incase you cannot pull it up at the event site.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE EVENT IS POSTPONED?

Hold onto your TixJuJu Ticket until the new dates are announced.
Your TixJuJu Ticket will be validated for the new date, and you won’t need to do anything further.

WHAT IF THE EVENT IS CANCELLED?

We will automatically refund the ticket price to your credit card within 7 days of the event being cancelled.

I PURCHASED A TIXJUJU TICKET BUT DID NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL. WHAT CAN I DO?

After you purchase a TixJuJu Ticket you will receive two emails. One with the invoice and one with the QR code, and the electronic PDF TixJuJu Ticket.
Usually your TixJuJu Ticket is sent immediately, but please allow at least 30 minutes in the event that our server is experiencing high-volume traffic.
Double-check your spam or junk folder.
If you are a registered user, you may go to your account page to download or print your TixJuJu Ticket.
If you are still having difficulty retrieving your TixJuJu Ticket, please contact us and we will gladly help you

I ACCIDENTALLY DELETED THE EMAIL WITH MY TIXJUJU TICKET ON MY EMAIL, WHAT CAN I DO?

First check your deleted folder, for the deleted pass.
If you are a registered user, you may go to your account page to download or print your TixJuJu Ticket.
If you are not a registered user, please contact us and we will gladly help you.

I MADE A MISTAKE AND PURCHASED THE WRONG TIXJUJU TICKET. WHAT CAN I DO?

Unfortunately, the Terms and Conditions noted on the website, and Credit Card policies restrict our ability to provide refunds; therefore all sales are considered final. Please make sure, in the case of multiple event days, to double-check the date you selected before buying the TixJuJu Ticket.
